Design is about so much more than making stuff that’s pretty or trendy. It's problem solving. Design means getting to know people. It's learning about their dreams, understanding those dreams, and then dreaming them too. Design is creative and personal. The entire process is purposeful.

I have been working as a graphic designer since my graduation from the University of Michigan in 2002. I have had the opportunity to support large organizations with strong, established brands, such as Herman Miller and The Ohio State University. I have assisted others in rebuilding their existing brand, and helped small businesses bravely take the first steps in creating their visual identity. I have developed a wide range of marketing and outreach materials, designing everything from a stickers to signs, t-shirts to templates, and brochures to banners. I regularly consult business owners and teams on brand, self promotion, wayfinding, décor and social media. And of course, I'll never turn down an opportunity to create a couple's dream wedding invitations!

In addition to graphic design, I teach music at a nearby preschool and occasionally perform with a local band. I enjoy hiking, jogging with my dog, watching my kids thrive doing what they love most, and dreaming up new house projects with my husband.
